• Ensuring high-quality food preparation and service by team members
• Maintaining sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
• Providing positive guest service, responding to complaints, and turning dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Preparing staffing schedules and ensuring proper coverage for all shifts
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members to foster development and growth

Your experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Over two years in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or coffee shop
• Food Handlers and Liquor Permits required
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team
• Quick assessment and effective resolution skills
• Proficiency in fulfilling guest requests promptly and thoroughly
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Understanding of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
