Job summary

M&J Management, a McDonald’s franchise operator, seeks a Shift Manager to lead operations on assigned shifts, coach crew, and ensure QSC&V standards. You will mentor staff, oversee service quality, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing labor, and supporting training to uphold the brand’s standards across multiple locations. 18+ and a team‑oriented mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast‑paced settings.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate crew members.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Thrive in a team‑oriented environment and lead by example.
• Be dependable, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure.
• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Coach, develop, and motivate crew members to perform their best.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance during each shift.

• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
