McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running a profitable restaurant while upholding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

The role partners with leadership to execute administrative tasks, train staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations during shifts across the restaurant, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform duties satisfactorily with or without accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Role model for standards and culture; uphold company policies.
• Create a positive environment for employees and guests; motivate with feedback.
• Coach and train employees; address performance issues promptly and respectfully.
• Follow safety and company processes to prevent injuries and accidents; ensure breaks per policy.
• Run a successful shift by following operations guidelines and pre-shift checklists; meet restaurant targets.
• Provide ideas to improve customer service and digital experience; support action plans with GM/AM.
• Keep staff informed about new products and promotions; address safety risks promptly.
• Ensure food safety and security standards are followed during shifts.
