McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee weekly shifts, lead Crew and other Managers, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer. You will drive quality, service and cleanliness across the restaurant while coordinating with teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities include supervising safety and cleanliness, communicating with staff, achieving targets, monitoring inventory and profitability, and training new team members to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts and ensuring fast, friendly service.
• Familiarity with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Ability to motivate Crew and other Managers to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prep for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments reach goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability during shifts.
• Manage Crew schedules and drive high performance on shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
