Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and fellow managers, and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, managing inventory and training, and achieving department goals. Strong leadership experience and a passion for a fast-paced environment are preferred. You must be 18 or older to work in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred and helps you lead shifts and crews.
• You will ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service and maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week and supervise crew and other managers.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help Departments achieve their goals.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew scheduling and training.
