Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of food service or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification current or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold guest service standards.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand standards.
• Maintain operation, food safety, and cleanliness standards across the shift.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Support opening/closing procedures and shift execution; monitor productivity.
