Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations across shifts and support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help ensure quality, cleanliness, and teamwork while guiding opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.

Ideal candidates will have prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

• Support guest service and production activities as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
