Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing & able to work nights and weekends.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning, and maintains product holding times.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems to maintain quality and service.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash, inventory, and costs while following company policies.
