Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service while maximizing profitability.
• Lead as a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions and instilling pride and accountability in team members.
• Manage operations including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems, while complying with laws and ethical practices.
• Ensure delivered products meet Papa John's standards and reflect customer orders; promptly respond to concerns and solicit feedback to improve operations and brand loyalty.
• Maintain staffing levels according to projected sales and orient/train team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Foster teamwork, energy and a fun atmosphere; manage costs related to labor, food, and controllables within budget using the Focus system; safeguard assets and equipment.
