Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing & able to work nights and weekends.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and portioning. Performs assigned duties and maintains product holding times.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues, maintaining quality and service standards.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and inventory according to company guidelines.
