Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and areas to ensure high quality products and customer service, supporting restaurant profitability. You will help manage operations, enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical practices.

Key responsibilities include station duties such as dough management and proper portioning, maintaining quality and speed, and contributing to inventory and cost

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; makes quality products and follows procedures to maintain product holding times.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and collaborates effectively with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage, provides feedback, maintains product quality and customer service, and manages costs and cleanliness within policy.
