Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in LaPlace, LA, is hiring an Hourly Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards during shift management.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team. You’ll handle cash, ensure safety, and deliver outstanding customer service while working a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
