Raising Cane’s in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.

The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interaction, and both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures. You will manage cash, staff, and ensure cleanliness and safety during shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities that may constantly change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-driven and energetic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; capable of problem solving and action.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management; proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends; travel for training as needed.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs; 1+ years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards; uses tools and logs to document results.
