Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking a Shift Manager in Georgia to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will lead a team, ensure high food quality, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training new hires, managing logs, processing guest orders, maintaining safety standards, and supporting inventory and cleanliness. This role offers growth opportunities within our expanding Georgia locations.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash
• Willingness to learn Popeyes processes

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store environment
• Lead by example and manage the team
• Provide new hire training and ongoing development
• Complete logs and paperwork
• Deliver prompt, friendly guest service and upsell
