Job summary

Shake Shack in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated restaurant leader to oversee shift operations, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards of service. You will guide a team of hourly Team Members and collaborate with managers to keep pace during peak periods.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and training new staff. You will participate in hiring, support guest experience, and help uphold Shake Shack’s commitment to hospitality and community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
