Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring in Scottsdale, AZ for a restaurant leadership role. You will manage the flow of service, direct the work of team members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with operational support functions. Applicants should have at least 1 year of leadership experience, Food Safety Certification, and strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
