Shake Shack in Utah is seeking a restaurant leadership role to oversee shift operations, directing team members to deliver safe, clean, high-quality service with speed. You will also help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly staff on a daily basis.

The role includes participation in interviews, supporting employee relations, and assisting with inventory and purchasing as needed. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
