Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Manager to keep the heartbeat of the store alive, leading the shift with energy and focus. You will drive smooth operations, delegate effectively, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help juicers grow, maintain high standards, and ensure the store hits daily targets while contributing to a vibrant, international culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and growth.
• Proactive, hands-on team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure DCWF is followed with precision.
• Supervise daily checklists and keep store clean, safe, and up to standards.
• Train new juicers through our global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Lead guest experiences with a warm, guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets and support store performance.
