SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Shift Manager in Salt Lake City, UT to support the General Manager in day-to-day drive-in operations. You will train and mentor Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops while ensuring quality food, cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops

• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost controls; completes weekly inventory
• Performs opening/closing duties and administrative tasks
• Responds to guest requests and resolves complaints with supervision as needed
