Traditions Spirits Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager in Oklahoma to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for guests and team members.

You will supervise staff across front-of-house and back-of-house, enforce policies, and mentor others to uphold legendary guest experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, handling inquiries and complaints, and monitoring sales and labor metrics to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain a Gaming license and ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality/bev/food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
