You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, train and mentor team members, and monitor inventory, safety, and service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain Gaming license.
• Able to obtain ABLE license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
