Traditions Spirits Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a positive guest experience. You will supervise front- and back-of-house staff, enforce policies, train teammates, and manage inventory to support operational needs.

The role requires 21+ years old, gaming and ABLE licensure, and at least 2 years of supervisory hospitality experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain Gaming license.
• Able to obtain ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/beverage/food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts (front- and back-of-house).
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards for a safe, welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory: order, receive, and monitor stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales and labor costs; implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
