Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead a diverse crew.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supervisory control over work activities of the crew.
• Schedule equipment and manpower.
• Conduct daily/monthly safety meetings.
• Assist in developing and updating safety analyses to reduce hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
