Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately fifteen hourly bargaining unit personnel per turn and instruct in job requirements and conformance to policies.
• Lead daily and monthly safety briefings with hourly employees.
• Resolve problems caused by breakdowns, changes, metallurgical procedure changes, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to assure efficient operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
