Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ prior supervisory experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees.
• Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supervisory control over work activities of the crew.
• Schedule equipment and manpower.
• Conduct daily/monthly safety meetings.
• Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA’s (Job Safety and Health Analysis).
• Other duties as assigned.
