Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality production
• Maintain internal communication among crew and management
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
• Uphold safety, security, and profitability standards
• Schedule crew shifts and oversee training
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Support other departments in meeting shift goals
• Monitor performance during the shift and take corrective action as needed
• Communicate requirements and expectations to the next Shift Manager

Qualifications
