We are hiring a Shift Manager for a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Ensuring the team meets the restaurant’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift

Compensation

Starting rate: $14 per hour.
