Subway Group is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Ohio locations. You will supervise staff, ensure beverage/food quality, and uphold guest experience with an emphasis on teamwork.

Responsibilities include training Sandwich Artists, scheduling, inventory checks, and keeping the restaurant clean and functional. Compensation to be discussed.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and organize effectively within the team.
• Operate the restaurant POS system and handle cash register tasks.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Assist training of Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Shift Manager will focus on six main things:

In addition to the role of a typical Sandwich Artist®, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Practicing inventory control standards
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
• Completing paperwork as needed

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
