Job summary

Subway - 30185-0 is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a restaurant setting. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff supervision while coordinating training and scheduling.

You will also perform routine paperwork, ensure equipment works properly, and work as part of a cohesive Subway team. Compensation is to be discussed, with full- and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with daily paperwork as needed.

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities

• Completing paperwork as needed

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
