Job summary

Subway - 29911-0 is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will ensure excellent guest experiences, oversee food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory. You’ll schedule and supervise staff, cascade training to Sandwich Artists, and keep equipment in good working order.

This role requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience and strong communication and organization skills. Compensation is to be discussed, with roles varying by location.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
