Job Overview

Work any time between 11 PM and 6 AM, leading a shift to provide fast, accurate, friendly service. Pay includes a premium for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for shift handover.
