Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and meeting McDonald’s standards.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift; monitoring performance; taking action to ensure team meets standards; monitoring safety, security, and profitability; communicating with the next Shift Manager; and helping departments meet goals.

Qualifications
