Job summary

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, schedule staff, and supervise team members. The ideal candidate will lead by example and ensure smooth daily performance, delivering quality guest experiences.

As a key leader, you will manage health and safety compliance, generate performance reports, and drive sales while maintaining inventory and staffing coverage during employee absences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous food service experience is preferred and valued.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary.
• Cover the shifts of absent employees.

Job Summary
