The Great Greek is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during your shift. You will schedule staff, supervise the team, and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and restaurant experience.

You will monitor health and safety compliance, manage inventory, and report on sales and productivity to upper management. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate restaurant management and POS software.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proven problem-solving and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.
