Everything Grilled Broadway LLC in New York is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience, capable of delivering exceptional customer service, managing health and safety, and generating reports for upper management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, POS and restaurant management software.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.

• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact.
