Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Crew members, assign tasks, coach, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor food safety, support training, and help uphold QSC while managing costs.

This role may involve opening or closing procedures and on-the-job advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience, the ability to obtain Food Safety Certification, and a commitment to punctuality and team

• Assign, direct, and follow up on Crew activities to ensure QSC and service standards.

Shift managers play a vital role in our success as a business by assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members while also providing high quality service and food to our customers. Job responsibilities include providing guidance and coaching to crew team members, including assignment delegation, instruction, and follow-through. Shift managers ensure proper training for crew team members and maintain safe working conditions by ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed. To assist you in learning to be a successful part of our team, we offer on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.This position does not include direct supervision of other employees, however Shift Managers do monitor tasks performed by crew team members to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) as well as execute established cost control systems including proper food prep amounts, procedure execution, and bin chart usage to minimize food cost. Shift managers may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures.
