Job Summary

Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and responsible for all employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security and profitability.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, take corrective actions, meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts.
