This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

The Shift Manager leads shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly service experience. The role involves supervising crew and other managers, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
