Shift Manager – McDonald's Franchisee Restaurant

Role Summary

Shift Managers lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and ensure safety and profitability for each shift.
