Job summary

Wings Cafe Westport in Missouri is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift. You will create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience, able to train and manage employees, lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer concerns gracefully, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software/POS software preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
