Job summary

Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager in Milroy, PA to support daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver strong customer service and revenue growth.

You will assist the General Manager, supervise staff, and drive efficiency while upholding Arby’s standards and values. Growth opportunities and structured training accompany a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience and desire to grow with the company.
• Strong people-oriented leadership and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
