Arby’s in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to support restaurant operations, lead team members, and work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive service and performance.

The role requires at least one year of restaurant experience, a hunger to grow, strong people skills, and effective communication, decision making, and problem solving. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, with flexible schedules and benefits for full-time staff.

Shift Managers are responsible for:

• Assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby's Restaurant.
• Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees.
• Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
