Job summary

A well-known global fast-food chain is looking for a Shift Manager in Lisle, Illinois. In this role, you will lead shifts to ensure fast and friendly customer service, provide strong leadership to team members, and monitor performance to meet high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for running a great shift.
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
