Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability; help departments meet their goals.
- May be responsible for meeting target metrics during shifts.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced work.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve as manager.
