Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, delivering legendary guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or bar experience and strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. This role is onsite with weekly pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).

$20.45 -$24.54

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
