Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching staff to ensure tasks are performed effectively for a legendary guest experience.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and uphold high standards of service, safety, and quality while supporting ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$20.00 -$26.76

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
