Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Shift Manager in Leesburg to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will coach team members and assist the management team to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests have legendary experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience and the ability to serve alcohol where permitted by law, with strong time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.
• Strong guest service and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$20.45 -$24.54 The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
