Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis and support the management team in guiding and coaching team members. You’ll help ensure tasks are performed efficiently to deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role emphasizes strong time management, attention to detail, and outstanding guest service. The position is typically on‑site with a schedule that supports restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
