Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, providing leadership and coaching to team members to ensure timely, high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2 years restaurant or bar experience, are of legal age to serve alcohol, and excel in time management, attention to detail, and guest service. We welcome all backgrounds.

• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages where required by law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

YOU GOT THIS

$23.00 -$29.04

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
