This role is posted by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment decisions.

Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead crew and other managers every shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and high quality, safety and cleanliness.

• Plan each shift and monitor performance
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards and safety, security and profitability targets
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to transfer shift information
• Help departments achieve their goals and meet targets during the shift
